Frequently asked

A flat ₹100 per day penalty applies per form, with no upper cap. Persistent default triggers director disqualification under Section 164(2) — so missing 3 years removes you from all company boards.
AOC-4 (financials) is due 30 days after the AGM, MGT-7 (annual return) 60 days after the AGM, and DIR-3 KYC by 30 September every year. The AGM itself must be held within 6 months of financial year-end.
It is mandatory for listed companies, companies with paid-up capital above ₹50 crore, turnover above ₹250 crore, or certain regulated entities. We'll confirm if it applies to you.
